Project Title
1. Context / Problem
Swil Unify is a platform that enables businesses to share transactions, reports, and data with partners (vendors, clients) in a structured, secure way.
It supports viewing received & sent transactions, reports, user management, subscriptions, etc.
Additionally, one technical challenge: product names don’t always match between buyer and seller databases (e.g. “Dolo 650” vs “Dolopar Tab 650MG STRIP”) - a key friction in cross-party matching.
Copy pain points:
- Explaining what Unify does simply (for non-technical users)
- Managing expectations of automatic mapping / matching
- Communicating security, data integrity, and control
- Conveying how reports / transactions can be shared, viewed, etc.
- Differentiating Unify from Swil’s core ERP or other modules
2. My Role
- I audited existing UI copy, user flows, labeling inside Unify.
- Collaborated with developers / product team to understand matching logic
- Revised copy based on UX feedback and user testing
3. Research & Insights
- In documentation: users see features like “Received, Sent, Reports, Users, Mails, Subscription” in dashboard.
- Needs to reduce cognitive load: too many terms (reports, transactions, subscriptions) need clear definitions
- Trust & control matter: users must feel they are not losing control of data
